Managing Director
Sven has been leading our company since 2017 with vision and passion. Born in Belgium, he brings international experience and a strong network built across several industries. Fluent in German, English, Romanian, and Dutch, he builds bridges between markets and cultures.
Sven is known for his clear strategy and sense of innovation – always with the goal of driving iQParts forward in a sustainable way.
Florian Beischroth
Head of Production
As Plant Manager at Beyne/iQParts, I am responsible for one of the largest areas of responsibility and the biggest team at the site. With clear leadership and a strategic perspective, I enable top performance in production and thus secure the branch in Austria. As product Manager Markus Schörkmayer is our expert for structure, precision, and technical know-how. The Austrian knows every detail of our product range and makes sure that all processes run efficiently and reliably. With his focus on the essentials, he keeps the threads together internally and provides the foundation for long-term success.

Robert Birchbauer Sánchez is responsible for marketing and sales in Latin America and Spain. With his international background and multilingual skills (Spanish, English, and German), he connects different markets and audiences. Based in Austria, he brings fresh ideas, creative campaigns, and direct connections to our partners in Spain and Latin America.

Stephan is our “trend radar”: he spots market developments early and translates them into opportunities for our customers.
On top of that, he has an almost photographic memory for our catalog – he can recognize nearly every article number just by looking at the part. His positive attitude makes him a valued partner for both clients and colleagues alike.

With many years of experience, Alex Chumakov manages our customers in the CIS countries and the Baltics. Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, German, and English, he bridges both cultures and markets with ease. His strength lies in personal customer care, always listening carefully to individual needs and quickly finding the right solutions.

Sales Poland, Czechia & Slovakia
As Sales Manager for Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia, Sebastian Michalak is our direct contact in Central Europe. Based in Poland, he speaks fluent Polish and English and knows the regional markets first-hand. With his expertise and close customer relationships, he ensures that iQParts is always reliably present in the region.
Silke Spreitzhofer
Purchasing Manager & Sales
Silke combines professional expertise with a true zest for life. As Purchasing Manager and in international sales, she is at home in three languages – German, English, and French.
Customers appreciate her reliability and diplomatic instinct. Outside of work, Silke is a passionate animal lover: with her horses, dog, and cats, she finds the perfect balance to her busy workday. Her grounded and warm personality shines through in everything she does.
